Before any intervention, Batcapt makes it possible to diagnose a disconnected battery with the same level of information as OEM tools, without connecting it to the vehicle. Transporting dismantled high-voltage batteries without knowing their real condition exposes you to serious regulatory violations and fire risks in transit.​
Classified as dangerous goods class 9 (UN 3480), dismantled Li-ion batteries are divided into three levels: 🟢 healthy, đźź  degraded or đź”´ dangerous, each level defining specific transport conditions.​
For air transport, the state of charge must remain ≤ 30% (IATA/ICAO requirement since January 2026).​
